Youth Ministry Registration 2025-2026

It is our privilege to journey in the faith with your family!

• REGISTRATION ENDED AUGUST 31, 2025. All programs begin Sunday, September 14, 2025.
• You must register every year you would like to participate, including for Year 2 of sacrament preparation.

Registration Fee

• $100 per child/youth
• Incomplete forms or those missing proof of payment will not be accepted
• Registration fees are waived for children of adult full-time volunteers.
• No family will be excluded due to inability to pay. Please contact a Youth Ministry staff to inquire about financial assistance.
• Online registrations must also be paid online.
• Payment plans and installments MUST be arranged in person

Refund Policy

• 50% of total amount paid will be refunded if notice of withdrawal is received by STMYM staff before SEPTEMBER 14, 2025.
• NO REFUNDS will be given after September 14, 2025 regardless of attendance in the program.
