Provide financial oversight to both church and school by working collaboratively with the staff, Finance Council and School Advisory Board
Supervise Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
Engage in Development activities with parish community to develop capital reserves, special project funding
Work with Finance Council and Pastor to ensure financial stability into future
Minimum Requirements:
Competency required in accounting, financial principles and reporting demonstrated by college degree, strong work portfolio
Experience with ParishSoft data management system a plus
Grant writing experience a plus
Advanced degree/certification a plus

Music Director
Hours per week: 40; this is a Full-Time position
Key Responsibilities:
Program & approve music for Masses
Manage Schola Cantorum and Bell Choirs
Schedule cantors and accompanists
Be involved and present at Holy Week/Easter, Christmas, special community liturgies and weekly Masses
Be responsible for administrative details
Operate church and chapel mechanical systems related to choirs
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to work as part of a parish team and directly with many choirs, ministries and individuals
Collaborative personality with ability to reach across cultural groups
Catholic with music background, preferably music major
Keyboard skills, but not necessarily trained pianist or organist
Strong organizational skills
