The St. Thomas More/UNC-Newman Spiritual Direction Ministry is offering a small group opportunity to experience the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius Loyola, adapted for daily life. The group will meet in-person and is open to all adults. Participants will be invited into a brief discernment process to consider their readiness to benefit from the Spiritual Exercises.
What: The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius Loyola are a means of opening ourselves to the presence of God toward better discernment of God’s will for us and our work in this world. St. Ignatius offers meditations, prayers and other contemplative practices, as invitations to deepen our relationship with God.
When: The group of five people will meet on Wednesdays from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, October 1, 2025 to May 13, 2026. The group will take holiday breaks, which will be announced. Three places are filled, and two places remain.
Where: At St. Thomas More Church, Saint Anthony Room.
